Introduction

The CLINIC Guard Method is an educational website and readiness workbench for small healthcare and wellness organizations. This policy explains what the site collects, what it does not collect, and the choices you have.

What We Collect

This site does not ask you to create an account, and it has no forms that send your information to us. There are no analytics trackers, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting tools on this site.

Your assessment answers and saved progress stay in your own browser’s local storage on your device. They are never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How Information Is Used

Because the site does not receive or store your answers, there is nothing for us to use, sell, or share. Reports you copy, download, email, or print are created in your browser and are yours to control.

Third-Party Services

• Scheduling is handled by a third-party scheduler (Calendly). Information you provide there is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
• Email links open your own email program and are handled by standard email services.
• The hosting provider that serves this website may keep minimal server logs (such as timestamps and request paths) needed to keep the site running.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We would disclose information only if legally compelled by a valid order — and only information we actually possess, which this site is designed to keep to a minimum.

Your Rights

• Clear your assessment data at any time by clearing your browser’s local storage.
• Ask what information we hold about you (for most visitors, none).
• Request correction or deletion of anything you have sent us by email.

California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

California residents have the right to know what personal information a business collects, to request deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of any “sale” or “share” of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

Children’s Privacy

This site is intended for adults evaluating AI adoption for their organizations. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

A Note on Sensitive Information

Please do not enter patient, client, or other sensitive personal information into this site, into email, or into the scheduling tool. The workbench is designed to work without it.
