This site does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your assessment answers.

Your assessment responses and saved progress stay in your own browser’s local storage on your device. Clearing your browser data removes them. Reports you copy, download, email, or print are created in your browser and are yours to control.

Please do not enter patient, client, or other sensitive personal information into this site, into email, or into the scheduling tool.

Scheduling is handled by a third-party scheduler, and email is handled by standard email services. Information you provide there is governed by those providers’ own terms and privacy practices.
